Welcome to ReplySense.Ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReplySense.Ai Google Workspace Add-on.

By installing or using ReplySense.Ai, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReplySense.Ai helps you generate draft email replies using artificial intelligence models (e.g., OpenAI GPT) through your own OpenAI API key.

Users can optionally provide a Business Context Document URL to improve response relevance.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for setup.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your OpenAI API key.
  • Only upload or share publicly accessible files/documents that you have the right to use.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Google’s Terms of Service.

You are responsible for any content generated through your OpenAI account.

3. Business Context Document

  • You may optionally provide a URL pointing to a hosted text document containing FAQs about your business.
  • You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and hosting of the Business Context Document.
  • We fetch the document only temporarily during draft generation and do not permanently store or index its content.

4. Limitations

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or tamper with any part of the add-on.
  • Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass user consent or Google’s API restrictions.

5. Data Handling

  • We do not access, store, or share your email content.
  • Only minimal settings data (email, encrypted API key, sheet ID, skip list) are stored securely.
  • The Business Context Document is fetched temporarily and discarded immediately after use.

6. Termination

You can terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the add-on.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

ReplySense.Ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of AI-generated drafts.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the add-on.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
